  4. Qualifications:

    Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, proficiency with standard office tools, especially spreadsheets, required. Attention to detail essential. Familiarity with XML, any metadata standards (MARC, Dublin Core, MODS, etc.) and experience with any ExLibris or ProQuest discovery products (Summon, Alma, Primo, 360 KB, SFX, Intota) an asset, though not expected. An interest in learning and working with these tools and standards will be important.

  5. Duties:

    This is a Quality Assurance and knowledge management position working to ensure Scholars Portal data is available to schools using ExLibris's Alma and Primo. Successful candidate will work with the books and journals teams to identify and correct errors, respond to problem reports, and improve QA processes. The successful candidate will be required to work from home (WFH).
