Qualifications:
University of Toronto graduate student with knowledge of GIS/geospatial or statistical software and techniques. Technical writing skills are essential. Demonstrated good attendance and performance record. Good oral and written English communication skills. Ability to deal effectively with the public and other staff. Comfortable working with communication tools, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and/or Zoom.

Duties:
Assists Map & Data Library staff in helping users with Data and GIS issues, including instruction support.
Writes technical documentation describing the use of data sources and software in the Map & Data Library. Maintains and updates web pages to assist users in locating and accessing data and technology. Other related duties as assigned. Note: A successful applicant will be required to work on-site (campus). -
Hours per Week:10-15
